About Asian Real Estate Professional Association, Inc.
The Asian Real Estate Professional Association, Inc. (AREPA) is a non-profit professional association. AREPA was founded to provide a forum for Asians in the real estate profession and for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the real estate profession. AREPA was founded in late 1995 by founders Tony Huang and Patrick Yu, both owners and managers whose families have been in the real estate business for over the past 40 years. Currently, AREPA has two chapters in New York and Boston.
AREPA’s mission is to provide a networking platform for real estate developers, property owners, investors, real estate service providers, accountants, attorneys and other real estate professionals. AREPA helps its members with challenges and changes in the real estate industry.
AREPA was formed for several purposes. First, AREPA will educate its members (and the public at large) on various real estate topics and current topics of special interest. Second, AREPA will provide a forum for the discussion of current and emerging issues affecting the real estate industry. Third, AREPA will organize social events for its members, their guests, and interested outside parties to meet and make new professional contacts.
