Association of Minnesota Chinese Physicians

The Association of Minnesota Chinese Physicians (AMCP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing medical sciences and patient care through professional collaboration and community service in Minneapolis, MN. AMCP brings together licensed physicians specializing in Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, along with mid-level providers including physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The organization welcomes physicians in training and non-Chinese medical professionals committed to its mission of excellence in healthcare delivery. AMCP organizes and sponsors professional seminars, medical forums, and intellectual exchanges designed to promote the professional development of its members while fostering meaningful collaboration between physicians and the broader healthcare community. These initiatives connect AMCP members with other health organizations, medical device manufacturers, and biomedical companies to drive innovation and best practices. The organization also facilitates significant international medical exchange, periodically organizing medical delegations to visit China and welcoming Chinese medical delegations to the Minneapolis area and Minnesota. Additionally, AMCP established the U.S.-China Healthcare Information Exchange (USCHIE), a nonprofit platform offering a free e-journal and web-based interactive forum dedicated to promoting mutually beneficial healthcare collaborations and information sharing between American and Chinese medical institutions and related industries.
