USC Asian American Tutorial Project

USC Asian American Tutorial Project is a student-led tutoring organization based at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA, dedicated to providing comprehensive educational support to underserved youth in the community. Since 1969, AATP has maintained a robust tutoring program serving kindergarten through 5th grade students at Castelar Elementary in Los Angeles' Chinatown, offering individualized academic instruction paired with mentoring and recreational activities.

The organization draws from a pool of over 200 qualified tutors annually from USC, UCLA, and Occidental College, ensuring consistent, high-quality educational support to immigrant and low-income families.
